Delivery Information

Please note that the below delivery information applies only to orders placed online through Exclusivesculptures.co.uk or telephone orders made through the Exclusive Sculptures Customer Care Centre.

1. All delivery times and terms will be stated in individual product descriptions.

2. Products are delivered free of charge within the United Kingdom only. This excludes all other countries unless otherwise stated which will incur an additional charge. Delivery charges are calculated on the checkout page once the product is added to the basket. Please call our Customer Care Team on +44 (0) 800 027 7778 for further information.

3. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

4. Products are delivered by a professional delivery service to ensure your product arrives with you in perfect condition. The product will be delivered as close to delivery address as possible, kerbside if necessary. When the product is unloaded, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to move and install. You will be contacted by phone once a delivery date is decided and your item is ready. If a signature is required for delivery, please inspect the goods before signing. No claim for damages will be entertained without a returned, signed and duly endorsed delivery note.

5. Exclusive Sculptures are in no way responsible for installation of any sculpture or statue unless stated otherwise.

6. All products are fully insured during transit and are carefully packed ensuring the product arrives to you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged during delivery, a replacement product will be sent out at no extra charge to the customer.
